Does the membership fee include the medication? If it does not, what does the medication cost each month? Ask whether it is brand name or compounded, since the clinic names semaglutide and tirzepatide without saying which form it uses.
What do the consultation, lab work, and follow-up visits cost? Ask for the hormone care visits and testosterone monitoring too. Then ask how long the membership commitment runs and how you cancel, and get the answer in writing. Finally, ask for office hours, since none are listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one physician for ongoing primary care, can pay a monthly fee out of pocket, live in Missouri, and want weight loss or hormone care handled within that relationship. It is not the right first call if you need published prices for weight loss or hormone treatment before you speak with anyone, since none are listed.
