About Refresh Wellness & Aesthetics
What is Refresh Wellness & Aesthetics?
Refresh Wellness & Aesthetics is a med spa at 213 E Scenic Dr, Suite 3, in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Its aesthetic services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers and Radiesse, microneedling and medical grade skin care. It also offers medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration and wellness injections.
Cassie Taylor, FNP, is the nurse practitioner who prescribes here, and she has fifteen years of healthcare experience. The GLP-1 medications semaglutide and tirzepatide are, in its own words, "prescribed and monitored by our nurse practitioner."
It is open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm, by appointment only. The phone number is 228-252-6683. It has a 5 rating on Google from 6 reviews.
This listing is for its Pass Christian office at 213 E Scenic Dr, Suite 3.
What does it cost?
Medical weight management is $400 a month. That covers the GLP-1 medication, supplies, monthly check-ins, and ongoing diet and exercise support. There is a 3-month minimum commitment.
Hormone therapy is $175 a month for men's or women's HRT, and $225 a month for the men's HRT and ED package or women's HRT Complete. Those prices include lab draw and monitoring, medications and supplies. Men's ED treatment is $75 a month, and women's sexual dysfunction treatment starts at $75 a month.
IV hydration runs from $135 for Pure Hydration to $350 for the 1000mg NAD+ infusion. Wellness injections are $40 each, and a NAD+ shot is $50. Neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling and skin care have no menu price. In its own words: "Schedule a consultation for individual treatment plan pricing."
It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether insurance is accepted. Its referral program gives a friend $50 off a first visit and gives you $50 in account credit once they complete it.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is a brand name drug or compounded. It does not say which. Ask what follow-up lab work costs beyond the first panel, and whether it is included in the weight program.
Ask who writes the prescription for NAD+ infusions, since it does not say whether a clinician orders them. Ask whether any visit can be done by telehealth, and what the consultation costs. Ask what happens if you stop the $400 membership after the 3-month minimum, and whether any money is refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments together with medical weight management or hormone therapy in one Pass Christian office, with a nurse practitioner as prescriber, and you can commit to the 3-month minimum on the $400 membership. It is worth a call if you want the full costs spelled out before you start.
