About Impact Health Clinics

What is Impact Health Clinics?

Impact Health Clinics is a medical practice with clinics in four north Mississippi towns: Corinth, Olive Branch, Oxford and Tupelo. Its main work is medical weight loss and hormone care, with peptide therapy and a range of wellness services alongside. It describes its care as provider-led and offers secure video visits five days a week for eligible patients where it is licensed. Every office is in Mississippi, so in-person care only works if you can reach one of those towns. It does not name the clinician who prescribes. Its medical services are provided through Impacting Lives LLC, a Mississippi professional entity, while Impact Health LLC handles management and administration. It does not say how long the practice has been open. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 4 reviews.

The weight loss programs use compounded Semaglutide comparable to Wegovy in a standard program, and compounded Tirzepatide comparable to Zepbound in an advanced one. The medications in both are compounded, not brand-name. Hormone care covers testosterone replacement and hormone replacement therapy. Other services include peptide therapy, NAD+, lipotropic and B12 shots, vitamin D3, lab panels, food and allergy testing, and body composition scans with a 3D scanner. In its own words: "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; candidacy and dosing are evaluation-first."

This listing is for its Olive Branch office at 8900 College St.

What does it cost?

The consultation fee is $79. Labs are required before starting any program. It lists a $99 in-clinic lab draw, or a $25 review fee if your labs are from the last 6 months.

It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone or peptide programs. It describes its pricing as transparent and points to a pricing page, so ask for that list in writing before you book. It does not say whether medication is included in a program price, whether it accepts insurance, or what its membership terms and cancellation rules are.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with who signs the prescription. Ask for the prescriber's name and license, and whether that person will follow your care. Since its medical services run through Impacting Lives LLC, ask whether that entity is the one that prescribes and bills you.

Next, ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and what each refill costs if it does not. Ask whether the medication is compounded in every case and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost, since labs come before you start and likely again after. Ask whether insurance is accepted, or whether you can get a receipt to submit to your insurer yourself. Ask how cancellation works and whether any fees apply.

If you plan to use video visits, ask whether the clinician is licensed in your state, because telehealth is offered only where the clinic is licensed. Ask which town's office you would use and which days it is open, since each office keeps its own schedule.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live near Corinth, Olive Branch, Oxford or Tupelo, or in a state where the clinic is licensed for video visits, and you are ready to pay cash once the prescriber, medication and follow-up costs are confirmed in writing. If you need insurance billing or want to check a prescriber's name before you commit, ask those questions first.
