What is Bella Aesthetics and Wellness?
Bella Aesthetics and Wellness is a medical spa at 6615 Washington Ave Unit E, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Most of its menu is skin and aesthetic work: Botox, fillers and collagen, microneedling, treatments for brown spots and spider veins, laser hair removal, facials and peels, brows, and lashes. It also offers three medical programs: weight loss with GLP-1 injections, NAD+ longevity support, and hair loss treatment with minoxidil. Brandy Westman, FNP-BC, is the owner and a nurse injector, and she founded her business in 2021, specializing in anti-aging and skincare. Breanna Felps, FNP-C, is also a nurse injector. Both are listed as prescribers. It has a 4.9 Google rating from 154 reviews. It is open 10:00 am to 05:00 pm, and the phone number is 228-369-3308.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for GLP-1 injections or NAD+ therapy. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, whether a consultation fee applies, or whether it accepts insurance.
The prices it does publish are for its skin-treatment memberships. The Smooth Move Membership is $118 a month and the Freeze the Moment Club is $187 a month. A Sculptra add-on adds $102 a month, bringing the totals to $220 and $289 a month. These memberships are built around Dysport, IPL and microneedling, not weight loss or NAD+. It offers a pay-later option through Cherry. It does not describe how memberships are cancelled.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which clinician writes the prescription for GLP-1 and NAD+. The clinic does not say which of its prescribers handles these treatments.
Ask whether the medication is included in the monthly fee or billed separately. Ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. It names Empower Pharmacy, which it describes as accredited under 503A and 503B, so ask whether that is where your medication would come from.
Ask what the first visit costs. In its own words: "All services begin with a brief face-to-face consultation." Then ask whether any follow-up can be done by video, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost.
Ask which days the prescribers are in. Saturdays are by appointment only for The Skin Lab services, and no nurse injector is in that day.
Ask how to cancel a membership or a medical program, and what happens to a prepaid balance if you stop.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are mainly looking for aesthetic treatments and want nurse practitioners who inject, and you are willing to get medication and follow-up pricing in writing before you commit. If weight loss or NAD+ is the main reason you are calling, make that call about those prices first, because none are published.
