What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for any of its services. The one figure it gives is a 20% discount on the initial consultation, which it says is offered to first responders and military. It does not state the regular consultation fee.
Membership is where most of the money details appear. The clinic lists a 10% couples discount on monthly memberships, 10% off supplements with an extra 5% off recurring orders, and monthly payment plans through Cherry. It says "No Long-Term Contracts" and that prescribed supplies are included in membership. It does not say whether that covers the medication itself, and it does not give a monthly fee.
On insurance, it says it accepts most major plans for lab work and asks patients to call and confirm their plan. It does not say whether visits or medication are covered.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what credential that person holds, since the clinic names a founder but not a prescriber. Ask whether the monthly membership includes the medication or only supplies, and what those supplies are.
Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is brand-name, such as Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro, or a compounded version of semaglutide or tirzepatide. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and which lab work your insurance covers.
Ask how cancellation works under a membership and what happens to a payment plan if you stop after the first month. Ask which visits can be done virtually, including prescription renewals.
Confirm the hours before you plan a visit. The clinic lists 8:00 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM on weekdays, but its Friday hours differ between sections of its material.
Who is it a good fit for?
