What is Riverside Wellness Medical Spa PLC?
Riverside Wellness Medical Spa PLC is a medical spa serving Tecumseh and Ann Arbor, Michigan. It has a 5 rating from 109 Google reviews. Most of its menu is aesthetic work: SkinPen microneedling, VI peels, BioRePeel, Aerolase laser treatments, and Botox, Jeuveau and Xeomin injections. It also offers medical weight loss with Tirzeptide, plus wellness injections with Glutathione, Lipo+, MICC and NAD+.
Three clinicians are named as prescribers: Dr. Thomas Platt, MD, Karli Huber, BSN, RN, who is also the owner and founder, and Taylor, MSN, RN. It describes Dr. Platt as a multi-state board-certified physician with over eight years of experience in aesthetic medicine. In its own words: "All services are scheduled online and by appointment only."
What does it cost?
Weight loss starts at $85 a week for weekly nurse-administered injections, plus a $30 nurse visit fee. At-home shot packs start at $250 for a four-pack. The Virtual Vial & Membership Program is $299 a month for dosing up to 7.5 mg weekly, or $399 a month above that, and each membership includes one monthly visit. It does not say whether medication is included in any of these prices.
Aesthetic work is priced per treatment. SkinPen microneedling of the face and neck is $400, VI peels run from $200 for a small body area to $400 for a large one, and Aerolase laser treatments start at $400. Neurotoxin is $13 a unit, and Juvéderm lip filler starts at $600. For wellness injections, Glutathione and Lipo+ are $50 each or $120 for three, MICC is $299 a vial, and NAD+ is $349 a vial for a 12-week supply.
It does not publish a consultation fee or say whether it accepts insurance. Appointments require a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card on file. Cancelling within 48 hours costs $100, and cancelling within 24 hours costs 50% of the scheduled service. A no-show forfeits $150 for injectables, lasers and body treatments, or $250 for neurotoxin. Its menu lists a Cherry Payment Plan, but it does not publish the terms, and it does not publish membership commitment or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the three named clinicians prescribes the Tirzeptide, since it does not say, and whether you will see that clinician before your first dose. Ask whether the monthly membership covers the medication vials or bills them separately, and whether the Tirzeptide is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the $30 nurse fee, whether any service is covered by insurance, and how a membership is cancelled. Ask what the Cherry Payment Plan costs. It does not publish a street address for Ann Arbor, so ask where that location is before you book there. For scheduling questions, call or text 734-649-1567.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments, or a paid weight loss or wellness injection program, in Tecumseh or Ann Arbor, and you are comfortable with a card held on file and a 48-hour cancellation window. If you need insurance billing or a monthly price that clearly includes medication, get those answers in writing before you commit.
