What is Veda Skin & Laser?
Veda Skin & Laser is a medical spa with offices in Riverview, Detroit, Birmingham and Plymouth, all in Michigan. It describes itself as a women owned and operated small business and says its team is made up of trained medical professionals. Most of the menu is cosmetic: neurotoxins (Jeuveau and Dysport are named), dermal fillers, Kybella, laser tattoo removal, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, microneedling and facials. Weight loss sits under Health & Wellness, beside hair restoration and teeth whitening. It has a Google rating of 5 from 2 reviews.
The weight loss program uses Semaglutide (Ozempic) and Mounjaro, both GLP-1 medications, with support from its nursing team. The first step is a consultation with a nurse practitioner. In its own words: "Book a telehealth appointment with our Nurse Practitioner to set up your first GLP-1 appointment." It does not name the prescriber for the program.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for the weight loss program, the consultation or the medication. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, whether it accepts insurance, or what a consultation costs. It does not publish payment plan terms.
Its two memberships come with discounts on skincare and injectables. The Signature is $100 a month and The Icon is $200 a month, and each adds that amount to a client wallet. The 10% off injectables excludes weight loss medications. It does not say how a membership ends.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the GLP-1 prescription and whether that person is on site or by telehealth. Ask whether the program fee includes Ozempic or Mounjaro, or whether you buy the medication separately, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, the monthly check-ins and any lab work cost, and whether the three-month commitment is paid up front. Ask which office runs the weight loss program, since it does not say, and what happens if you stop before the three months are up. For memberships, ask how to cancel. Hours are not listed, so ask those too. The phone number is (734) 530-1561.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a GLP-1 program with monthly nursing check-ins and a three-month commitment, and you would like aesthetic treatments under the same roof. It is worth calling once you have the price, the prescriber and the medication terms in hand.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
