What is Novi Skin & Body Center?
Novi Skin & Body Center is a medical spa at 26850 Providence Parkway, Suite 140, in Novi, Michigan. It has one location and has been open since 2011. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm, closed Sunday. Virtual consultations are available. In its own words: "We also offer virtual consultations through our online booking system, and you receive a link to join from home." It has a 4.9 rating from 250 Google reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy. Consultations are complimentary and take about 45 minutes. Memberships start from $175 a month in Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Platinum includes a choice of monthly services and 15% off treatments outside the membership. New clients get $25 off a first visit of $150 or more, excluding lash fills. Payment runs through financing with Affirm, AfterPay, CareCredit and Cherry. It names no insurance plans. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it does not state cancellation or commitment terms for memberships.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide, and who you will see at each visit. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication or whether it is billed on top of the fee, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the baseline labs cost. In its own words: "Lab work is required before we can start hormone therapy." For medical weight loss, labs are optional if you have had blood work in the past 12 months and can share the results. Ask what follow-up visits and refills cost, and how a membership is cancelled.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin, body and weight care in one office, you are ready to pay out of pocket or through financing, and you will ask who prescribes and what the medication costs before you book.
