About Sakura Skin

What is Sakura Skin?

Sakura Skin is a medical spa with offices in Fenton and Flint, Michigan. Most of what it does is skin care: Botox and Xeomin, dermal and lip fillers, PRP and PRF, microneedling, smooth PDO threads, and IV therapy with vitamin injections. It also runs a medical weight loss program and offers hormone replacement therapy. It does not list peptide or longevity medicine services.

Wilfredo Rivera, MD and Bethany Campbell are the two prescribers it names. The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medication, with tirzepatide and semaglutide both named, and it works with licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. It also offers metformin, and lab work is required before that is ordered. Telehealth is available. In its own words: "Meet with our physician from the comfort of your own home to discuss your goals and confirm you're a good fit." Google lists it as a medical spa with a 4.9 rating from 98 reviews.

This listing is for its Fenton office at 13389 Pomona Drive.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for GLP-1 medication or hormone therapy. Pricing varies by dose and plan, and the GLP-1 price changes with pickup or delivery. It does not say whether the medication is included in the price.

The weight loss evaluation is free through October 31, 2026, a $149 value, with its cost deducted from your first medication order. The $95 consultation is applied to your treatment. Metformin is $125 for a three month supply, and a blood draw at the clinic is $40.

Skin treatments are priced by item. Xeomin is $10 per unit or $445 flat, Botox is $14 per unit or $645 flat, PRP starts at $340, fillers start at $405, PDO threads start at $250, microneedling is $300, and IV therapy starts at $20.

It does not bill insurance. Payment is collected at the time of service, and it can provide documentation for HSA or FSA use. It offers CareCredit and Cherry financing. Paying cash takes 20% off treatment, but weight loss and medical evaluations are excluded. Credit card fees are added on top of listed prices.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which prescriber signs GLP-1 prescriptions, since the program does not name one, and who the medical director is that approves medication. Ask what license Bethany Campbell holds, because no credential is printed beside her name.

Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication, and what pickup costs compared with delivery. Ask whether the tirzepatide is compounded, which pharmacy fills it, and whether a brand name version is an option.

Ask what follow up visits, lab work and the hormone pellet appointment cost. Its hormone information says telehealth evaluations run Wednesday and Thursday evenings, which does not match its posted hours, so confirm when a telehealth visit actually happens. It does not publish cancellation terms, so ask how cancelling works before you pay anything.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want skin treatments and a medical weight loss or hormone visit in one practice in Fenton or Flint, and you are ready to pay cash and get the answers above before you book. Call 810-394-2187 and ask these questions first.
