Get the consultation, follow-up and lab costs in writing, and ask whether the Zoom check-ins are included. For hormone therapy, ask which labs are required and what they cost. Ask how a weight loss program or membership is canceled and whether there is a commitment period. If you plan to use HSA or FSA funds, ask before you pay.

Who is it a good fit for?
