The New Patient Assessment is $250. It is a 60-minute in-person visit that includes an initial InBody scan and complimentary weekly follow-up phone calls for four weeks.

Medication is listed separately under "Not included." Most injectable doses cost $165 for a 4-week supply. Oral dissolving tablets, and tirzepatide doses above 4mg a week, cost $365 for a 4-week supply. The assessment price does not say whether medication is included, so ask before you pay.

Its fine print says insurance coverage may apply for eligible plans, but it does not name which plans it accepts. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or its hybrid and concierge memberships, and it gives no membership cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $250 assessment includes the first month of medication or whether that is billed on top. Ask whether the weight medication is a brand-name pen or a compounded formulation, and what each costs per 4-week supply. Ask who writes and manages the weight prescription, since the clinic does not say which prescriber runs the program. Ask what follow-up visits, dose changes and lab work cost after the first four weeks, and what a typical month costs all in. Ask how a membership renews and how to cancel it. Ask whether follow-up can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not mention. Ask which insurance plans are accepted.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you can attend weekday daytime visits in Taunton and want the medication cost, the prescriber and the cancellation terms in writing before you book. It may not suit you if you need weekend hours or telehealth, since the clinic lists neither.
