What is Bloom Aesthetics + Wellness?
Bloom Aesthetics + Wellness is mainly a med spa with offices in Easton and Mashpee, MA. Most of what it offers is aesthetic work: Botox and other neurotoxins, fillers, facials, laser and IPL treatments, microneedling, and body contouring. Medical weight loss is one of its service lines, alongside men's health, vitamin and IV therapy, and PRFM treatments.

What does it cost?
Bloom's prices do not agree with each other. For new patients not already on medication, the program page lists $495 for semaglutide and $695 for tirzepatide, each for a 10-week program. Another page lists $385 a month, and says that figure includes initial labwork, medication, and health coaching. Patients already on medication are quoted $195 a month on one page and $325 a month on another.
The consultation is complimentary. The program includes initial consultations, labwork, and ongoing health coaching, plus 10% off other Bloom services during the program and 50% off truBody truSculpt and truFlex treatments. In its own words: "A minimum 12-week commitment is required." Bloom also describes a 10-week starting program, so ask which applies. It does not say whether it bills insurance, offers financing, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask for the name and credentials of the clinician who will prescribe your medication and review your labs, and whether you will be seen in person or by telehealth.
Ask what the price covers. The $385 monthly figure includes medication, but the 10-week program prices do not say so. Get a clear answer on whether medication is included in the price you are quoted.
Ask whether the medicine is a brand-name product or a compounded version, and which product the clinic dispenses.
Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost after the first labwork, and whether the monthly price continues after the program ends.
Ask how cancellation works, whether there is a fee, and whether the commitment is 10 weeks or 12. Ask whether the clinic bills insurance at all.
Finally, ask which medicine the clinician would recommend for you and why.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a med spa that also runs a GLP-1 program, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the price, and the commitment length in writing before you pay. If you need a named physician in charge of your care or one clear price, ask for those answers before you book.
