What is Revive Health + Aesthetics?
Revive Health + Aesthetics is a medical spa at 294 North Main St in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. You can call (413) 224-1009. Most of its menu is cosmetic, including neurotoxin, dermal filler, skin treatments and laser hair removal. Weight management sits in a Wellness group with Men's Health, Vitamin B12, IV Therapy and Hair Restoration. Google shows a rating of 5 from 19 reviews, under the category weight loss service.
The weight loss program is built around semaglutide, which the clinic also calls Ozempic. The only prescriber the clinic names is David Machcuong Ho, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, MSN, a nurse practitioner. The clinic does not say which clinician runs the weight loss program, so ask.
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes three weight loss packages, each priced as a whole program. Diamond is $2,449 for an 8 week program that includes 1:1 health coach sessions, three sessions of cryoslimming and four B12 plus Lipomino shots. Platinum is $1,249 for an 8 week program with two IVs or four B12 plus Lipomino shots. Gold lists $600 beside a 4 week program and $1,150 beside an 8 week program.
None of the packages names semaglutide. The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in the price, and it publishes no weekly or monthly figure for it. It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance.
Missed visits cost money too. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, or a $150 cancellation fee applies. No-shows are also charged $150.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription and who oversees the program. Then ask whether the package price covers the semaglutide itself, and if not, what it costs per week or per month. Ask whether the medication is brand name or compounded, and what the Lipomino shot contains.
The clinic also names ondansetron (Zofran) as a temporary medication it can prescribe. Ask whether that is billed on top of the package.
In its own words: "We will continue the maximum tolerated dose if goal weight loss is achieved." Ask whether continued treatment after your goal is part of the package price or billed separately each month.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether telehealth is available, and how cancellation works if you stop partway through. The clinic does not say whether any part of a package is refunded. If you are interested in hormone or peptide therapy, ask directly, because the clinic does not describe either one.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss medication at a medical spa that also offers cosmetic work, and you are ready to get the full cost in writing before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing or telehealth, since the clinic does not say whether it offers either.
