What does it cost?
A full new patient appointment is $250, a targeted peptide and nutraceutical appointment is $125, and a follow-up is $75. Medications are priced monthly. Semaglutide is $150 to $200 a month depending on dose, tirzepatide is $200 to $449 a month, low dose naltrexone is $68 a month, and BPC-157 injectable is $199 a month. Sermorelin injectable is $250 a vial. It does not say whether medication is included in those GLP-1 or peptide prices. It does not publish prices for hormone visits beyond the consult and follow-up.
Visits are fee for service. In its own words: "I do not currently accept insurance for visits and services." Labs and some medications can be run through insurance, HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and a superbill is available on request. Payment plans at 0% APR through Cherry are offered. Cancellation terms are not published.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. Emily Udseth is the only prescriber, so ask whether she writes every prescription and who covers your care when she is unavailable. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication. The practice uses FDA-approved medications along with compounded ones from pharmacies including Project Y, Olympia, Casa Pharma, Wesley and Empower, so ask which kind you would receive and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what follow-up labs cost and whether they can go through your insurance. Ask what a hormone plan costs beyond the $250 consult and $75 follow-ups. Ask whether supplements must be bought through the affiliate stores. Finally, ask how to cancel, and whether a Cherry payment plan keeps running after treatment stops.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are ready to pay out of pocket for hormone, weight or peptide care, you live in Maryland or can travel to Westminster, and you want the monthly medication price in writing before you book. If you need a practice that bills insurance for visits, this one does not.
