About BB's AllCare

What is BB's AllCare?

BB's AllCare is a primary care practice at 1643 Liberty Rd, Suite 204, Eldersburg, MD 21784, on the second floor of the Carroltowne HealthCare Centre building. Brandie Bartos established it in 2023. The practice describes itself as locally owned and women-operated, and it serves Sykesville, Eldersburg and surrounding communities. It is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Tuesday and weekends.

Its main work is family primary care, for patients from age 8 through geriatrics. Weight loss is one of its services: a medically supervised program using the GLP-1 medications semaglutide and tirzepatide, with B-12 and provider guidance. It also offers telehealth visits, in-office lab work and EKGs, specialist referrals and well woman exams. It does not list hormone therapy, peptide therapy or longevity medicine.

Three nurse practitioners are named as prescribers. Brandie Bartos, FNP-C, MSN, is the family nurse practitioner and owner, and she holds a Weight Loss Management Certificate. Marissa Perkins, AGNP-C, MSN, is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. Morgan Oehlke, FNP-C, MSN, is a family nurse practitioner. On Google the practice has a 4.8 rating from 24 reviews, in the category weight loss service.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for the weight loss program, the medications or a consultation. It says it accepts most insurance plans, including CareFirst, Aetna, Cigna and Tricare. In its own words: "We are proudly accepting new patients and accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay options." It mentions discounts for self-pay patients but gives no amounts. It does not say whether the medication is included in any price, or whether your plan covers it.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription for the GLP-1 medication, and whether the same provider follows you through the program. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the B-12 costs, and what follow-up visits, lab work and EKGs cost. Ask how large the self-pay discount is and whether your plan covers any of it. If you may need care while away, ask which states telehealth covers, since the practice does not say. Finally, ask how you cancel and whether leaving early costs anything.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a family practice that also runs a GLP-1 weight loss program, you live or work near Eldersburg or Sykesville, and you can book during weekday office hours. It is a weaker fit if you need hormone, peptide or longevity care, or if you need a posted price before you call.
