About Premier Vitality

What is Premier Vitality?

Premier Vitality is a physician-led IV and wellness center at 10715 Charter Drive, Suite 270, in Columbia, Maryland. Its services include infusions, injections, red light therapy, medical weight management, health coaching, telehealth visits and membership plans. Kristina R. Lynch, MD, is the founder and medical director, and she is the one person named as a prescriber. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in primary and acute care settings. Weight management starts with an assessment, then a plan built around diet, behavior change and treatments. It does not list hormone therapy or peptide therapy.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for medical weight management or the RESET programs, and it does not state a consultation fee. It does not say whether weight loss medication is included in any fee, and it does not name the medication.

The only published prices are for membership plans. Gold is $500 for three drips, with a stated value of $555. Platinum is $652 for four drips, with a stated value of $740 and 10% off other services. Diamond is $750 for five drips, with a stated value of $925 and 20% off other services. The discounts exclude IV NAD+ and weight loss injections. Each membership covers one client and must be used within 75 days of purchase.

Financing runs through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with APRs as low as 5.99% on interest-bearing plans, approvals up to $50,000, and 0% options subject to eligibility. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does say: "Many clients have been able to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our services."

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs any weight loss prescription, and whether Dr. Lynch sees you or another clinician does. Ask whether a monthly fee includes medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic's disclaimer says its therapies are formulations prepared by the clinic and its affiliated pharmacies, so this question matters.

Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask how to cancel a membership or leave a RESET program, and what refund is available, since Cherry sends refund requests to the clinic. Ask which conditions telehealth covers and what the office hours are, since none are listed. Call 410-442-6553 to put these questions to them.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying cash for IV, injection or coaching care and want a physician named as your prescriber. It is a weaker fit if you need a named weight loss medication with a stated monthly price before you book, since neither is published.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
