About The Natural Path
What is The Natural Path?
The Natural Path is a cash-pay wellness practice at 49 Old Solomons Road, Suite 104, in Annapolis, Maryland. Jennifer Ghadisha, NP, CRNP is the nurse practitioner who prescribes, and she is the only prescriber named. She is board certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and worked as an emergency and labor and delivery nurse before her advanced training. Her work with the practice began in 2019, when she returned to school for a certification in holistic health. Its Google listing shows a 4.7 rating from 13 reviews.
The practice mainly offers hormone therapy and weight loss care. Its listed services are bioidentical hormones, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, Weber Laser Therapy, and ozone therapy. The weight loss page describes peptide therapy, and a meal plan page refers to GLP-1 medications. Neither names a specific medication or says what it contains. It is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, and closed Wednesday. It does not provide primary care, emergency care or after-hours care.
This listing is for its Annapolis office at 139 Old Solomons Island Rd.
What does it cost?
The weight loss consultation is $200. Weight loss medications start at $250, but the practice does not say whether that is a monthly or per-visit price, or whether the medication is included. Hormone consultations are $350, the men's TRT consultation is $250, a general consultation is $350, and a follow-up visit is $150.
The practice is cash pay. In its own words: "The Natural Path does not accept insurance for visits, consultations, or in-office treatments." Insurance may be used for lab work, and prescriptions can be sent to a local pharmacy, where insurance may cover the drug. It does not publish financing, HSA options, membership terms or cancellation rules.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the weight loss price includes the medication, and whether it is charged monthly or per visit. Ask which medication would be prescribed and whether it is brand name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost in total, and how cancellation works if you decide to stop. If you live outside Maryland, ask whether telehealth is available, since out-of-state patients must first visit the office in person. Finally, confirm the street address before you drive over. The practice's site lists the building one way on its contact page, and a map listing shows a different street number.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person hormone or weight loss care in Annapolis, can pay cash for visits and medication, and want a nurse practitioner who focuses on women's health. It is not a fit if you need primary care, emergency care, walk-in visits, or care for children.
