The practice says those rates stay locked for life while the membership remains continuously active. In its own words: "Your rate never increases as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies."
The initial consultation is $175 for 45 minutes. The practice does not say whether medication is included in the membership price. It publishes no prices for GLP-1 or weight-loss medication, for testosterone beyond the membership, or for peptide therapy. Ask who writes and signs each prescription, what follow-up visits cost, and whether lab work is extra. The practice offers in-house blood draws and outside lab orders, so ask who pays for each.
