What does it cost?
An initial visit costs $100 and a refill visit costs $75. Those fees do not include the medication, which comes from a pharmacy. Semaglutide starts at $160 and tirzepatide starts at $200 per month for refill patients. The dose charts show two figures for each dose, such as $185 and $160 for the first two semaglutide doses, and the clinic does not explain the difference. Tirzepatide is priced separately as vials or prefilled syringes. There is also a $20 upcharge when ordering from Boudreaux's Pharmacy, beginning 2/1/26.

What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician reviews your intake form and signs the prescription. The clinic does not name that doctor, and it does not say whether visits can be done by video, though one review mentions video conferences.
Ask for the full monthly total. The visit fee excludes medication, so ask what the visit, the medication and any pharmacy upcharge will cost together. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand name or compounded, and what the two figures on each dose chart mean.
Ask whether follow-up visits or lab work cost extra, how a lost controlled prescription is handled (lost controlled prescriptions cannot be replaced), and how to cancel. Confirm the phone number too, since 985-467-0267 and 985-247-9094 both appear for the clinic.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician monitored program in Ponchatoula and you are ready to pay a visit fee plus medication costs each month. It is a weaker fit if you need the prescriber's name, the insurance policy or the cancellation terms before you commit.
