Ask whether the 20% promotion still runs. Ask whether any part of the program is done by telehealth or whether every visit is in person. Ask how cancellation and refunds work, and whether HSA or FSA funds can be used.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a spa visit combined with an injection program, you can come in for weekly check-ins in New Orleans, and you are willing to get written answers on price and prescribing before you pay. If you want a program with a named prescriber and a published fee schedule, call first and see whether those answers are available.
