What is Timeless RX?
Timeless RX is an age management and med spa practice with offices in Covington and Metairie, Louisiana. Its Google listing files it under medical clinics, with a rating of 5 from 187 reviews. Most of its menu is aesthetic work, including Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, laser hair reduction and several microneedling treatments. The health side covers hormone replacement for women, hormone replacement for men, medical weight loss, peptides and NAD injections. The medical weight loss program names two medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide, both offered as injections.
Five nurse practitioners are named as prescribers: Reba Weymouth, FNP-C; Michele Accardo, FNP-C, NP-BC; Candice Wild, FNP-C; Amy Miles, FNP-C, NP-C; and Kristy Charbonnet, FNP-C. Dr. Johnathan Hodor, M.D., is also named, but his role is not stated. The nurses and other staff listed are not named as prescribers.
In its own words: "Timeless Rx proudly offers medical weight loss services to enhance your health and quality of life."
This listing is for its Metairie office at 617 Metairie Rd.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. No consultation fee is given, and neither is a monthly or per-visit price for weight loss, hormone or peptide care. Nothing says whether the medication is included. Whether insurance is accepted is not stated. The home page mentions a membership, and Patient Info lists Payment Plans, but neither shows its terms. Ask for every figure in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the five nurse practitioners will sign your prescription, and whether you will see the same one at follow-up. Ask what Dr. Hodor's role is and whether he signs anything. Ask whether the monthly fee includes semaglutide or tirzepatide, or whether the medication is billed separately. Ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none of that is listed. Ask whether telehealth is offered, because it is not stated. Ask how a membership or program is cancelled, how much notice is needed, and whether any fee applies. The clinic also lists a separate Covington phone line under the Primal RX name, so confirm which office and number you are booking through.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss, hormone replacement or peptide care from a named nurse practitioner, and you are ready to get the price, medication terms and cancellation rules in writing before you pay. It may not suit you if you need a published price list before you call, since none is shown.
