The clinic describes sublingual and injection therapies but names no medication, so ask what it is and whether it is brand name or compounded. Ask what the blood labs, RN follow-ups and HRT pellet visits cost each time. Ask whether any part of care can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Finally, confirm which Middletown office your visit is at, because the clinic also calls itself a Louisville location in one place.
