What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what their credentials are, since no prescriber is named for the weight loss or hormone programs. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication or whether it is billed separately. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and what the source is. Ask what the hormone panel, follow-up labs and check-ins cost, and whether those are extra. Ask whether any visits can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask what the consultation costs and whether it counts toward the program. Ask whether there is a minimum commitment, how you cancel, and whether any part of the program is billed to insurance.
