About CaloSpa® Rejuvenation Center

What is CaloSpa® Rejuvenation Center?

CaloSpa® Rejuvenation Center is a med spa with offices in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky, and in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Most of what it offers is aesthetic: injectables, facial and laser treatments, body treatments, and a day spa. Its wellness and medical services are grouped under a line called CaloWellness, which lists hormone replacement, peptides, medical weight loss, functional medicine, B12+, sexual wellness, nutraceuticals, and several others.

Weight loss is one part of that. The medications named are semaglutide and tirzepatide, given as weekly injections the clinic calls Skinny Shots. Its weight loss page also describes MIC injections, which it says are B vitamins and amino acids meant to supplement those two medications. Ideal Protein, a diet program with a health coach, is offered as well. In its own words: "Our medically supervised weight loss programs combine expert guidance, prescription therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle support."

Named prescribers include Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS, Juan Quintero, MD, Alex Pong, MD, and Alexandra Keane, MD, along with nurse practitioners and physician assistants such as Kaitlyn Chesser, APRN, FNP-C, and Madison Callery, DNP, APRN, FNP-C. It has a 4.9 rating on Google from 1010 reviews.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone, or peptide care. It does not state a consultation fee or say whether medication is included in any price. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not describe membership or cancellation terms. Its menu lists financing options, but it does not say what they cover. Ask for a written price list before you book, including the medication, the visits, and any membership fee.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the weight loss prescription and which prescriber runs that program, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the monthly or per-visit fee includes semaglutide or tirzepatide, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether MIC injections are billed separately, and what the consultation, follow-up visits, and lab work cost.

Ask whether telehealth is offered, what hours each office keeps, whether insurance is accepted, and how cancellation works. If Ideal Protein is part of your plan, ask what credentials the health coach holds and what the program costs.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want injectable weight loss medication inside a med spa, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the medication, and the full cost in writing before you pay. If you need longevity medicine, or you want a clinic that publishes its prices, this one does not show either, so ask about them first or compare other clinics.
