Weight loss is listed at $99 a week. It does not say whether the medication is included in that price. Hormone replacement therapy is listed at $199 a month, but it does not say what that covers or how the price is measured. Tox is $10 a unit, with a free lip flip. It does not publish a consultation fee, peptide therapy prices, membership terms or a cancellation policy.
Its only payment note is "Now accepting cherry." It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Ask what Cherry is and whether HSA or FSA funds can be used.
What should you ask before you book?
Who signs the prescription? Ask for the name and credentials of the clinician who would prescribe semaglutide, tirzepatide or hormone therapy, and whether that person sees you in person or only by video.
Does the $99 a week include the medication? If not, ask what the medication costs and whether it is brand-name or compounded.
What do the consultation, lab work and follow-up visits cost? For the $199 a month hormone therapy, ask what the price covers, what time period it is for, and which labs and visits are extra. For peptide therapy, ask which peptides are used and who prescribes them.
Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a contract or membership. None of the office hours are listed, so ask for those too, along with whether weight loss check-ins can be done virtually.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss, hormone therapy or aesthetic treatments from one clinic in Kentucky, you can pay out of pocket or through Cherry, HSA, FSA or financing, and you will ask who prescribes before you book. It does not name longevity medicine as a service, so look elsewhere if that is what you need.
