About N2U Med Spa

What is N2U Med Spa?

N2U Med Spa is a med spa that also offers medical care by telehealth. It lists a weight loss program, two injection services, medical cannabis card evaluations and renewals, and acute sick visits. Most of these are telehealth. In its own words: "Visits are Telehealth". The video link is sent by email after booking. The first cannabis card visit is in person, and yearly visits after that can be by telehealth.

The weight loss services use MIC Mega Burn, which the page describes as a compounded lipotropic injection with B-12 Methylcobalamin among its ingredients. NAD+ is offered as a separate subcutaneous injection, also by telehealth.

It does not publish the name of the provider who sees patients, and no physician or nurse practitioner credentials appear. It does not name a prescription weight loss medication, and it does not describe the weight loss program as physician-supervised.

What does it cost?

The weight loss program is listed at $175 to $300 a month, plus tax. It does not say whether medication is included in that price. The MIC/B12 Mega Burn service is listed at $125 a month, plus tax, and NAD+ at $275 a month, plus tax.

Some service titles say "Free Consultation," but each of those services is priced monthly. Ask what the consultation covers and whether it costs anything. The medical cannabis card evaluation is listed at $25, but the page ties that fee to patient drives sponsored by KCIA. The $25 state fee for new cards is separate, and it is waived on renewals. An acute sick visit by telehealth is listed at $50. Its fee is sent by email through Intuit QuickBooks. "Paperwork and payment will need to be completed prior to appointment."

It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not publish membership or cancellation terms. Ask for current hours and availability when you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs any prescription, and what that person's medical license is. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, or whether medication and supplies are billed on top. The MIC Mega Burn page calls the injection compounded, so ask who compounds it and how it differs from a brand-name product.

Ask what the free consultation includes and whether it is charged. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none are listed. Ask whether insurance is accepted, and how monthly billing, tax and cancellation work. For the cannabis card, ask whether you meet one of the qualifying conditions listed on the page before you pay for a visit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want telehealth visits for weight loss, injections or a sick visit, and you are ready to ask who prescribes and what the monthly fee covers before you pay. It is worth calling if you need a named physician, a clear medication price or insurance billing, since none of those are published.
