About NP Modalities
What is NP Modalities?
NP Modalities is a hormone and wellness clinic with offices in Lawrenceburg and Danville, Kentucky. Google lists it as a wellness center. Hormone care is the main work, including testosterone replacement therapy and hormone replacement therapy. The clinic also offers medical weight loss, thyroid optimization, inflammation reset, vitamin injections and peptide therapy. It says it currently offers five peptides. It does not name the prescriber for any service. Both offices list hours of Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, and the clinic offers virtual visits through what it calls its West Virginia telehealth services. Google shows a 4.8 rating from 41 reviews.
This listing is for its Lawrenceburg office at 1185 Glensboro Rd #4.
What does it cost?
The medical weight loss membership is $99 a month, and medication is billed on top of it. Compounded semaglutide is $125 for a 5mg vial, and compounded tirzepatide is $135 for a 12.5mg vial. A $2500 package covers one year of compounded GLP-1 injections, and a $3500 package covers one year of GLP-1 plus GIP injections. The $50 consultation fee is credited toward your first month if you start. Military, first responders, healthcare workers and teachers get 10% off the membership, which comes to $89.10 a month, with eligibility checked at sign-up.
Testosterone therapy is sold in tiers. Testosterone injections shipped to you start at $119 a month, or $135 with labs, which includes three TRT panels a year. Testosterone cream starts at $129 a month. Combined TRT and weight loss injections start at $149 a month, with weight loss prescriptions bought separately. Thyroid optimization adds $65 a month and includes thyroid medications. Lab work runs $63 to $200 depending on what is checked. The clinic does not publish a single price for peptide therapy. It does not say whether it bills insurance or how memberships are cancelled.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and what their license is. Ask whether any part of the $99 membership covers medication, and what your total monthly cost would be with the medication added. Ask which pharmacy compounds the drugs. Ask whether any of the contraindications the clinic lists for its GLP-1 injections apply to you: medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN Type 2, type 1 diabetes, and a history of pancreatitis. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost, whether the $2500 package is a one-year commitment, and whether the $50 consultation is refundable. Ask which five peptides are offered and what each costs. If you live in Kentucky, ask whether the West Virginia telehealth visits are open to you.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone, thyroid or weight loss care from an office in Lawrenceburg or Danville, and you are ready to pay the membership and medication costs yourself. Call first if you need the prescriber's name, insurance billing or cancellation terms in writing before you decide.
