What is R+ Med Spa?
R+ Med Spa is a med spa at 210 Shane Drive in Glasgow, Kentucky. Most of what it offers is skin and body work: facials, HydraFacial, microneedling, laser and light treatments, Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, massage, acupuncture and B12 injections. Medical weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy are two of its services among many.
Its weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, given as an ongoing program with weekly or bi-weekly injections. In its own words: "During your consultation, a licensed medical provider evaluates your health profile to determine which option best supports your goals." It does not name that provider or any prescriber. Its hormone therapy follows what it calls the Evexias Method. It begins with a 30 to 60 minute consultation and lab testing, and hormones are given in pellet, cream or other forms.

What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss, hormone therapy or a consultation. It does not say whether the medication is included in the weight loss program, or whether it bills insurance.
Its VIP Club lists member discounts on skincare, massage and injectables, plus $50 off annual lab work and a monthly B12 shot. It does not list a membership fee or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes your semaglutide or tirzepatide, who reviews your hormone labs, and whether you will see the same provider at each visit. Ask whether the monthly weight loss fee includes the medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the $50 annual lab work discount applies to hormone testing. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, whether it bills insurance, and how cancellation works, including whether a membership is required.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live close enough to Glasgow to visit regularly and want medical weight loss or hormone therapy in a med spa setting. You should also be willing to get the prescriber, medication and price answers in writing before you book.
