Zero Gravity Aesthetics and Wellness is a medical spa at 2853 Town Center Blvd in Crestview Hills, KY 41017. It has been open since 2016 and also goes by Zero Gravity NKY. Most of its menu is cosmetic: facials, peels, dermal fillers, Dysport, Jeuveau, Kybella, Sculptra, laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling and body contouring. The weight loss program names semaglutide and tirzepatide as possible medications.

Candace Reusch, APRN, FNP-C, MSN owns and leads the practice and is the only prescriber named. The team is APRN led and RN staffed. Google lists the practice at 4.8 from 201 reviews. It is open Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the first and third Saturdays of each month from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is closed Sundays. It serves clients from Florence, Erlanger, Covington, Cincinnati and other towns across Northern Kentucky.

What does it cost?

Weight loss injection plans begin at $250 per month. Zero Gravity does not say whether that fee includes the medication. Its separate weight loss program with nutrition coaching and personal training with Carol Sprinkle starts at $795 to get started, and current clients can join its virtual nutrition and personal training option for $599 a month, which includes their medications.

It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide therapy. The first treatment plan consultation is complimentary. Each additional consultation requires a $50 deposit. A Wellness and Weight Loss Membership adds $150 a month to a Wellness Bank, which can be spent on weight loss medication, hormone replacement therapy and peptides, and it includes 10% off wellness services and products. Membership terms call for a 60-day cancellation notice, and memberships are non-transferable. A cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment costs $25, and a no-show costs $100. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Who writes the prescription for the weight loss program, and who prescribes for hormone therapy? Candace Reusch is the only prescriber named, and Zero Gravity does not say which provider runs each program.

Does the $250 monthly fee include the medication, and how does the price change if the dose changes? Is the medication brand-name or compounded?

What do lab work and follow-up visits cost? The program says it does lab work and monitors progress regularly, but no price is listed for either.

If you join the $150 membership, is that fee on top of the program price?

What do hormone therapy and peptide therapy cost? Are telehealth visits available? Does it accept insurance?

How do you cancel, and how much notice is required?

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatments and a medically supervised weight loss, hormone or peptide option in one Crestview Hills office, and you are ready to pay cash and ask who prescribes and what each monthly fee covers. If you need published prices for every service, or insurance billing, ask those questions before you book.
