What is Meadow Aesthetics?
Meadow Aesthetics is a cosmetic and medical aesthetics clinic at 12121 E 21st N, Suite 100, Wichita, KS 67206. The phone number is (316) 302-4744. Some pages call it Meadow Med Spa, so you may see either name. Most of what it offers is skin and injectable work, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facials, chemical peels, microneedling and laser resurfacing. Weight loss and peptide therapy are also on the list.
The clinic describes itself this way: "Nurse practitioner led." It does not name the person who prescribes, so ask for that name before you book. The weight loss program uses Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and Contrave. In its own words: "Each treatment plan is customized based on your health history, weight loss goals, & lifestyle." The peptide menu is longer and includes BPC-157 / TB-500, Sermorelin, Glutathione and NAD+. The clinic does not list hormone therapy. It is open by appointment only.
What does it cost?
Some weight loss prices are published. Semaglutide is $450 and Tirzepatide is $700 on the injectable side, and the initial consultation includes 8 weeks of medication. On the oral side, the initial consultation including oral medication is $300, Contrave is $300, and maintenance is $180 per month. It does not say what the injectable prices cover after those 8 weeks, or what period they are billed over. Follow-up pricing may vary.
Peptide prices vary by product, dosage and plan, and no figures are published. The memberships are separate. Prairie Refresh is $99 per month, Harmony Harvest is $169 per month and Wildflower Glow is $229 per month, with a $100 one-time joiner fee and a 12-month commitment. They cover skin and injectable treatments, not the weight loss medications. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether you will meet that person before you pay. Ask whether the $450 or $700 covers medication after the first 8 weeks, and whether the $180 monthly oral maintenance is the only ongoing charge. Ask whether the weight loss medications are brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether telehealth is available, and whether insurance or HSA funds are accepted.
Ask what the complimentary consultation includes, since the oral initial consultation is priced at $300. For peptides, ask for a written total for any plan you are offered. For memberships, ask how cancellation works, because no cancellation terms are given for the 12-month commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cash-pay weight loss medication through appointments, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name and the full costs in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you want hormone therapy, which the clinic does not list, or if you are mainly looking for a medical practice rather than an aesthetics clinic.
