What does it cost?
Every cost is out of pocket. The weight loss plan lists $85 a month and $99 per injection. It does not say whether the monthly fee includes the medication, or whether the two prices are separate charges.
Other prices are listed per unit or per session. Botox is $12 per unit and Dysport is $5 per unit. Fat dissolving injections are $250 per session for the submental area and $600 per session for a large area such as the abdomen, arms or flanks. Fillers are listed between $525 and $610. Laser hair reduction runs $100 to $300 per session depending on the area. Radiofrequency microneedling starts at $180. Collagen stimulators are sold by the vial, with Radiesse from $500 a vial.
It does not publish a consultation fee, financing or HSA terms, so ask about those directly.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $85 monthly fee includes the semaglutide, and whether the $99 injection price is part of that plan or a separate charge. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and what strength you would start on.
Ask who signs the prescription, and whether Ana Jimenez, NP, does your assessment in person. Ask whether Anne Depasquale MD sees patients at this office.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether telehealth is available, since the clinic does not say. Ask what the first visit costs, and how you cancel a monthly plan, including any minimum commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic injections, laser work or a medical weight loss plan in west Wichita, and you are prepared to pay cash for all of it. If you need a hormone, peptide or longevity program, or you want insurance billed, this clinic does not list those services.
