What is EvoHealth?
EvoHealth is a functional and longevity medicine practice at 13801 Metcalf Ave, Suite 205, Overland Park, KS 66223. It has been open since 2022. Dr. Tanner Wilson, DC, IFMCP founded the clinic and leads its functional health and longevity care. The named prescriber is Brianna Cole, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, who handles hormones, primary care and medical weight loss.
It offers five services: Functional Health, Longevity Care, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Direct Primary Care and Medical Weight Loss. The weight loss program uses GLP-1 and GIP medication classes alongside nutrition and exercise, and medication is presented as only one part of the plan. Hormone therapy is offered for perimenopause, menopause and low testosterone. It does not offer peptide therapy. Care is available in person in Overland Park or by telehealth across Kansas and Missouri, and patients come from Overland Park, Leawood, Kansas City, Olathe and Lenexa. It has a 5.0 Google rating from 169 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, so there is no visit fee or monthly figure to compare. The first step is a free fifteen-minute consultation. In its own words: "The fifteen-minute consultation is free, and it is where we establish whether this model fits your clinical needs."
EvoHealth is direct pay and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA funds can be used, and superbills are available on request. For medical weight loss, the care plan covers consultations, coaching and ongoing medical decision-making. Lab testing and medication are arranged separately, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Financing and membership terms are not described.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and who adjusts the dose over time. Brianna Cole is the named prescriber, so ask whether she would write and change your medication or hormone dose.
Ask whether any recurring fee includes the medication, and whether the GLP-1 or GIP medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and medication cost on their own.
The weight loss program names pregnancy, certain thyroid cancers and certain pancreatic conditions as reasons treatment may not be safe for you. Ask what in your history would rule you out before you start.
Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a membership term. For Direct Primary Care, ask what the fee covers.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one cash-pay clinic covering hormones, primary care, weight loss and longevity care, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket and asking for pricing before you commit. It is less suited to someone looking for peptide therapy, or to someone who needs a published price list before they call.
