About ElevateRx
What is ElevateRx?
ElevateRx is a wellness practice at 11261 Strangline Rd in Lenexa, Kansas, located inside Keyhole Wellness. Cierra Dillard, ARNP, leads it as its nurse practitioner and founder. She describes over 20 years of experience in healthcare, and she is the only prescriber named.
The practice mainly provides hormone therapy, peptide therapy and medical weight loss. It also offers hair restoration, aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxin injections, dermal filler and microneedling, and what it calls wellness and functional medicine. Its weight loss program includes a GLP-1 medication program. Its peptide options include NAD, BPC-157 and Ipamoreline, and it offers a Performance & Longevity Program. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday have posted hours, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are by appointment, and it is closed Sunday. Google lists it as a wellness center with a 5 rating from 12 reviews.
This listing is for its Lenexa office at 11261 Strangline Rd.
What does it cost?
The initial consultation is $100 for the weight loss and peptide programs and $150 for the hormone memberships. Weight Loss Optimize is $99/month plus medication costs. It includes monthly follow-up, lab review, nutrition guidance, messaging and one monthly wellness injection. It does not publish a monthly price for the Basic medication-only option.
Hormone memberships are $50 a month (Essential), $149 a month (Optimize) and $249 a month (Elite). The peptide programs are $69 a month (Medication Management) and $149 a month (Performance & Longevity), each plus peptide cost. Hair Restore Essentials is $350 and Hair Restore Plus is $899, with labs paid separately. Aesthetic prices are $10 to $12 per unit for neurotoxin, $550 per syringe of filler, and $400 per microneedling session or $999 for 3 sessions.
Memberships are month-to-month with a credit card on file. Cancellation requires 30-day written notice, and the current month's fee is not refunded. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, or whether HSA or financing is offered.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication. Several programs bill medication separately, and it does not say whether the hormone memberships include it. Ask whether the GLP-1 or peptide products are brand-name or compounded. In its own words: "Currently getting from regulated compound pharmacies." Ask which pharmacy fills them and what that means for your care.
Ask who writes and signs each prescription, and who you contact between visits. Ask what lab work costs, since labs are billed separately on several programs and no lab prices are listed. Ask whether telehealth visits are available, whether any visit can be billed to insurance, and how to cancel in writing before you pay the first month.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone, peptide or medical weight loss care from an office in Lenexa, you are ready to pay the listed fees yourself, and you want clear answers about the medication before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, care outside the Lenexa area, or a clinic focused on weight loss alone.
