What does it cost?

Ask whether weight loss medication is offered at all, and if it is, whether it is included in the monthly fee or billed on top. Ask whether any prescription is a brand name or compounded, and who writes it and follows you on it, since Judith Beck, FNP, is the only prescriber named. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the membership fee, and whether the discounts it advertises, including 70% off radiology, apply to your care.

Ask whether visits can be done by video. Its services list mentions after-hours contact by video chat without saying whether visits happen that way. Ask when the practice opened, get the enrollment and monthly fees in writing, and ask what to do about an urgent problem after hours, since outside urgent care is not covered.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a family doctor on a membership, you are comfortable paying for care outside insurance, and you want weight management or hormone care in the same practice as your everyday medical needs.
