About Integrity Medicine
What is Integrity Medicine?
Integrity Medicine is a direct primary care practice with offices in Newton and Andover, Kansas. Patients pay a monthly membership, and primary care is the core of the practice. Medical weight loss is one of its services, along with men's health and testosterone, menopause hormone therapy, and more than 30 in-office services. Membership includes unlimited visits and telemedicine consultations.
Five physicians are named as prescribers. Dr. Roeser, the founder, is an internal medicine physician in Newton. Dr. Dillard, a family medicine physician, and Dr. Inman, an internal medicine physician, also practice in Newton. Dr. Fager and Dr. Cleland-Leighton, both family medicine physicians, practice in Andover. The weight loss program names semaglutide and tirzepatide. The clinic also offers peptides, which it describes this way: "Our office can also provide other peptides to enhance weight loss, speed healing, and enhance longevity."
This listing is for its Andover office at 338 S Andover Rd Ste 200.
What does it cost?
The free meet-and-greet has no charge. Membership is $60 a month for adults 18 to 44, $80 for adults 45 to 64, and $100 for patients 65 to 99. Medical weight loss care is included in that fee, but medication is not. The clinic bills prescribed medication at its cost and says it tells you the price before you start, but it publishes no dollar figure for medication. Labs are offered at wholesale cost, and the clinic lists a full annual panel at about $25 to $26.
The clinic is cash pay only and does not bill insurance or Medicare. Membership has no one-year term, and you can leave by giving 30 days notice. Paying yearly earns one month free.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether any medication is included in the $60 membership, and what semaglutide or tirzepatide would cost each month on top of it. Ask whether the drugs are brand-name or compounded, since the clinic names the medications but not their source. Ask which physician would sign your prescription, and whether peptides come from the same doctor. Ask whether lab work is inside your membership and what follow-up check-ins cost. Ask whether telemedicine is available if you live outside Kansas. Finally, ask how cancellation works, and get the 30-day notice in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want an ongoing relationship with a physician in Newton or Andover, can pay a flat monthly fee yourself, and keep or plan to keep insurance for hospital care and specialists. The clinic recommends that coverage for emergencies and surgery. It may not suit you if you need a clinic that bills insurance or want medication prices before you commit.
