What is Vitality Wellness Center?
Vitality Wellness Center is a physician-led clinic at 5335 Eastern Ave., Davenport, Iowa 52807, inside the affiliated Vitality Physical Medicine clinic. It serves patients across Davenport and the Quad Cities, and its main focus is non-surgical care for joint and muscle pain. Its services are the Vitality Joint Preservation Pathway, Medical Weight Loss, IV Vitamins, Nutraceuticals, Red Light Therapy and Massage Therapy. The weight loss program uses semaglutide. In its own words: "Compounded Semaglutide has the same active ingredient Ozempic® and Wegovy®." Its Google rating is 5 from 4 reviews.
This listing is for its Davenport office at 5335 Eastern Ave # B.
What does it cost?
The first consultation with the nurse educator is complimentary. In-house labs are $100 on most pages and $150 on one. The medication is included in the three phase fees: $750 for weeks 1 through 12, which includes a free IV vitamin infusion listed at a $150 value; $600 for weeks 13 through 18; and $500 for weeks 19 through 22. Doctor visits are billed to insurance, and the clinic accepts HSA and FSA cards. The membership carries a 3 month minimum on monthly autopay. Joint procedures such as PRP, BMAC and AAM are self pay if recommended.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and how often Dr. Brooks sees you, since weekly visits are handled by staff and the nurse educator is not named. Ask whether the semaglutide is compounded or brand-name, and which pharmacy fills it. The clinic advertises no contracts, yet it lists a 3 month minimum on monthly autopay, so ask how cancellation works and whether unused phases are refunded. Ask whether the lab fee is $100 or $150, what the labs check, and how screening works for the conditions the program lists as reasons not to use it. Ask who prescribes the NAD+ injections it mentions, since no prescriber or price is given. Finally, confirm the suite number, which appears as both B and C, and ask whether any visit can be done by video.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised joint care, or a medical weight loss program with the medication built into the phase fees, and you are comfortable paying cash for those while visits go through insurance. The weight loss program lists adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a related condition, as candidates. If you are outside those numbers, ask before you book.
