About Decoded Health

What is Decoded Health?

Decoded Health is an alternative medicine practice at 3618 Division St, Suite 202, in Davenport, IA 52806. It is mainly an IV therapy and lab testing practice, with house calls, medically guided weight loss, hormone replacement and anti-aging support alongside. Its weight loss options include semaglutide and tirzepatide. It does not offer peptide therapy.

Catherine Colley, PA-C, is the prescriber, and she has been in medicine for over 20 years. Hours are 9am to 5pm, by appointment only. A 60 minute initial consultation can be done by phone or video. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 47 reviews.

In its own words: "You will first be evaluated by either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and your appropriate treatment will be recommended and prescribed."

What does it cost?

The hormone membership is $175 to $220 a month. It covers all of your hormones, provider visits, unlimited email and text support from the provider, and any additional testing needed. The first visit and testing is roughly $429. Bioidentical hormones are not covered by insurance.

Weight loss is priced separately. The Semaglutide 12 Week Program is $750, Lipo+ injections are $35, and the Natural Weight Loss Package is $100 a month. A 30 minute weight loss consultation is $75. It does not say whether insurance is accepted for weight loss care, and it does not publish membership commitment or cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $750 Semaglutide 12 Week Program includes the medication. The clinic does not say. Ask whether the weight loss medication is brand-name or compounded, since its hormones are compounded for each patient and you will want to know which applies to you.

Ask who writes a weight loss prescription and how often you will see that provider. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first visit. The weight loss listing mentions monthly visits and lab review, but it does not price them separately.

Ask how cancellation works and whether you can stop a monthly plan partway through. Ask whether any weight loss care is covered by insurance before you commit to a plan.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying out of pocket, want a PA-C who handles weight loss, hormones and lab-based care, and are willing to get the cost and cancellation answers before you book.
