Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the 10% member discount applies to the weight loss injection. Ask whether it bills insurance, what the office hours are, and what happens if you cancel a year contract early.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV drips, Botox or other cosmetic work in Council Bluffs, and a membership with discounts that you are comfortable committing to for a year. If weight loss is the reason you are calling, make the prescriber question your first call, and wait until you have a name and a price before you book.
