What is Essence Health Group?
Essence Health Group is a functional and regenerative health practice with offices in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Papillion, Nebraska. Most of its menu is chiropractic, laser therapy, spinal decompression and joint treatment, including knee injections and platelet rich plasma (PRP). Peptide therapy and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) sit alongside those services.

What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. The clinic names no prescriber, so ask for the name and credentials of the clinician who will prescribe and oversee your care, and whether that person sees you in person or only by video.
Next, ask whether the monthly price includes the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs on top of it.
Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded. Its peptides come through a compounding pharmacy, so ask which pharmacy fills them and whether it is licensed in your state.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost and how often they are required. Ask how to cancel, how much notice is needed, and whether you can be billed after you cancel.

This is a good fit if you already have a clinician who will oversee your care, you want chiropractic or joint treatment alongside peptide or hormone care, and you are ready to pay cash with the price confirmed in writing before you book.
