What is Kentuckiana Integrative Medicine?
Kentuckiana Integrative Medicine is a regenerative, functional and integrative medicine clinic. Its core work is regenerative injection care, ketamine for some mental health conditions, and wound care. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy are among its other services. It lists offices in Jeffersonville, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky, but gives no street address for the Louisville location and no office hours.
Dr. Rafael F. Cruz, MD leads the practice and is the only person named as a prescriber. He brings 30 years of medical experience. For hormone care, it lists hormone therapy for men and for women, plus testosterone therapy. It also offers a 24/7 on-demand telehealth consultation. Its one Google review gives it a rating of 1.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any program, including weight loss and hormone therapy. Its consultation is free. Its weight loss information describes a first phase that combines medications, supplements and meal plans, but it does not say what that phase costs or whether the medication is included in any price. It does not say whether insurance covers weight loss, and it does not describe membership terms or cancellation.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription. Only Dr. Cruz is named as a prescriber, so ask whether he reviews and signs your prescription himself or whether another clinician might. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether any program price includes it. The clinic also lists an HCG Lifestyle Plan, so ask whether HCG is part of what you would be offered and what it costs.
Ask what the initial lab work and exam cost, and what follow-up visits and labs cost after that. Ask whether coaching and supplements are billed on top of the medication. For telehealth, ask which states it serves, since it does not say. Ask which office you would attend and when, since no hours are listed. Finally, ask how you cancel and whether you pay for a full phase up front.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led weight loss or hormone program at an office in Jeffersonville or Louisville, and you are willing to get prices, medication details and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need a published price to compare, or insurance to cover any part of it, the clinic does not give you that on its own.
