About Renewed Wellness
What is Renewed Wellness?
Renewed Wellness is an integrative medicine practice in Greenwood, Indiana, and the surrounding Johnson County area. It does not publish a street address, so call 317-348-3444 to ask where it is. The practice describes itself as "Rooted in Faith and Whole-Person Care." Amber Fair, FNP-C, IFMCP, is the nurse practitioner and owner, and Lynn Adams, FNP-C, is also a prescriber. Amber has been in the medical field since 1998. On Google, the practice has a 4.9 rating from 65 reviews.
Its services are integrative medicine, weight loss, women's health, massage therapy, and aesthetics. Weight loss includes semaglutide, tirzepatide, THINNR (a 90-day program with four in-clinic visits), and ProLon, a fasting-mimicking nutrition program. Hormone therapy is discussed for women and men and can include bioidentical hormones given as pellets, creams, troches, or injections. In its own words: "At Renewed Wellness, we do not believe in handing you a medication, calling it a miracle fix, and sending you on your way."
What does it cost?
The initial visit is $315. It covers a first appointment, described as a 60 to 90 minute intake, plus one follow-up visit to review labs and your care plan. Lab work is drawn in office at a discounted cash rate or submitted through insurance when that applies. The optional Renewed Wellness Membership is $250 a year. It is billed annually on the 1st or the 15th of the month at enrollment and renews on the same cycle.
It does not publish prices for weight loss, THINNR, or hormone therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. It does not bill insurance, but it provides a receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement. Medicare is not accepted. It lists Cherry payment plans, but their terms are not spelled out.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide and whether those visits must happen in person, since the clinic does not say whether telehealth is offered. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether its cost sits inside any program fee. For THINNR, ask the total price and whether the four in-clinic visits are included. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost after the first $315 visit, and what DUTCH hormone testing adds. Ask how to cancel the membership and whether any of the annual fee is returned if you leave early.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a long first visit with lab review, a faith-rooted approach, and you are ready to pay cash for visits, membership, and medication. It may not suit you if you need published prices before you call, or if you need a practice that bills insurance or takes Medicare.
