What is The Confidence Studio?
The Confidence Studio is a medical weight loss and aesthetics practice at 1206 Independence Ct in Washington, Illinois. It opened in the summer of 2023. Janelle Fenski, who has been a family nurse practitioner for 10 years, is the only prescriber named. Most of the treatment menu is aesthetic: Botox and other neurotoxins, Sculptra, facials and peels, microneedling, body contouring, hair restoration and vaginal rejuvenation. The weight loss program offers semaglutide and tirzepatide, and it also lists phentermine and other oral medications such as topiramate and bupropion. Visits can be virtual or in person. What does it cost?
Each semaglutide program is a single price that the clinic describes as including the medication, supplies and follow-ups: $300 for the 2.5 mg vial program (5 to 6 weeks), $425 for the 5 mg vial (7 to 10 weeks) and $500 for the 10 mg vial (11 to 13 weeks). Tirzepatide starter plans run from $350 for 20 mg (5 to 6 weeks) to $675 for 60 mg (11 to 13 weeks), with a 40 mg plan at $550 in between. Labs and other diagnostics are not included. In its own words: "This is a one time all inclusive price and is NOT a monthly price."
Compounded semaglutide is described at $150 to $400 a month depending on dose and vial size, with maintenance at about $175 a month on average. Phentermine is a $75 monthly membership, and the prescription is filled at a local pharmacy for about $12 to $25 for a 30 day supply. Consultations are free.
