What does it cost?
The only prices published are for memberships. The Essential Membership is $99 a month, and the Luxe Membership is $199 a month. Both carry a $100 one-time joining fee. The Face Reality Membership is $149 a month with a $150 joining fee. The Wellness Life Program has three tiers: Type S at $250 a month, Type T1 at $350 a month, and Type T2 at $499 a month. Each includes four weight loss shots and four lipomino shots a month, plus a free RF Hydrafacial or IV. Essential and Luxe members can also buy Xeomin at $10 per unit and Dysport at $4 per unit.
The clinic does not publish prices for the Weight Loss Program or Hormone Replacement Therapy outside a membership. It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not say whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and the weight loss medication is not named. Pay with Cherry is listed as a payment option.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the weight loss prescription, and whether that person is one of the prescribers listed above. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. The weight management page says compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness, so ask what that means for the medication you would receive. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost.
The clinic publishes its own internal patient figures for weight loss. Ask how those figures were gathered. Ask whether follow-up can be done remotely, since telehealth is not mentioned. Ask whether the joining fee is refundable, and how to cancel a membership.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want aesthetic treatments and would like a weight management or hormone option in the same office, and you are ready to pay cash. If you want the weight loss medication, its price and its cancellation terms in writing before you commit, ask for those first.
