About Vallee Health Repair

What is Vallee Health Repair?

Vallee Health Repair is an integrative medicine practice at 1915 Jefferson Street in Quincy, Illinois. Its main programs are hormone therapy, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and medical weight loss. Thyroid care, functional medicine evaluations, peptides, IV therapy, and pain management are also offered. The only provider the clinic names is Tasha Vallee, FNP-BC, who has 20 years of clinical experience and 13 in advanced practice. Weight loss plans can include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide, along with phentermine, topiramate, or bupropion. For longevity, the clinic offers a free Anti-Aging Roadmap download. Hours run 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Wednesday, and 7:30am to 12:00pm Friday. Google rates the clinic 5.0 from 58 reviews.

What does it cost?

The TRT Partnership is $160 a month for men and $75 a month for women, and the clinic does not say whether the testosterone is included in that price. TRT+ is $215 a month for men and $130 a month for women, and adds Care Partnership benefits. TRT Concierge Partnership is $490 a month for men and $405 a month for women. The Care Partnership is $110 a month and is listed as HSA eligible. It includes direct provider access, 30 to 90 minute visits, and plain-language lab reviews. The Concierge Partnership is $385 a month.

The Care Partnership has a 3-month minimum and the Concierge Partnership has a 6-month minimum. After that, membership runs month-to-month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle with written notice. Returning after cancelling carries a $100 re-enrollment fee, subject to availability. The clinic does not publish a consultation fee, weight loss prices, or peptide prices. It is cash-pay only. In its own words: "Our care is cash-based, which keeps pricing clear and lets us build the plan around you rather than around billing codes."

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs each prescription. Tasha Vallee is the only provider named, so ask whether other clinicians write prescriptions and who reviews your labs. For TRT, ask whether the monthly price covers the testosterone, the labs, and ongoing monitoring. For weight loss, ask what the monthly fee covers, whether GLP-1 or other medication is billed on top, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask the cost of the first consultation, the two first appointments with on-site labs, and follow-up lab work. For peptides, ask which ones are offered, what each is used for, whether they are compounded, and what they cost. Ask whether any visits can be done by video or phone, since the clinic does not say. Before joining a membership, ask whether the minimum terms apply to TRT memberships too, and confirm the re-enrollment fee and how written notice works.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are ready to pay out of pocket for hormone or weight care, want one provider to follow your care over time, and can accept a 3-month or 6-month minimum on membership. It is less of a fit if you need insurance billing or want weight loss and peptide prices in writing before you book.
