What does it cost?
The consultation is free, and the first visit is $199 if you qualify. That covers the consultation, an InBody scan and a first dose of a prescription metabolic injection. An enhanced formulation is $249 with the same inclusions. Ongoing care starts at $70 to $90 a week, depending on the prescription. The clinic does not say whether that weekly figure includes the medication.
Payment is by cash, credit or debit card, and some HSA cards, with no personal checks. In its own words: "No. Quell Aesthetics does not currently take medical insurance for our services." The pages say there are no mandatory memberships, though the FAQ mentions optional ones. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Payment plans are listed, but no terms are given.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who the physician is and whether you will see that person or mostly a nurse. Ask whether the weekly price includes the medication, and what the medication costs on its own. Ask whether the drug is brand name or compounded. The clinic also offers peptide consultation on what it calls research-use-only peptides, so ask what that label means for any peptide you might be offered and who would prescribe it. Then ask what follow-up visits, bloodwork and repeat scans cost, whether your HSA card will be accepted, how a plan is cancelled, and whether any visit can be done by video, which the clinic does not address.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person care in Maryville or Shiloh, you plan to pay cash, and you want weight loss medication and aesthetic treatments under one roof. It is a weaker fit if you need a named prescriber, a weekly total that includes medication, or video visits before you commit, since the clinic does not publish those.
