About Gilded Aesthetics & Wellness

What is Gilded Aesthetics & Wellness?

Gilded Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa at 522 N Latah St, Boise, ID 83706. The phone number is (208) 986-3525, and visits are by appointment, Monday through Sunday. Most of its work is aesthetic: Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, fillers, biostimulators such as Radiesse and Sculptra, PDO threads, microneedling, chemical peels and regenerative eye treatments. It also offers GLP-1 weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy.

The prescribers listed are Heather Tresidder, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Jill Glenn, MSN, RN. Both are owners of the practice, and its two nurses have 35 years of combined medical experience. It has a 4.9 rating from 91 Google reviews.

What does it cost?

Several prices are published. GLP-1 weight loss starts with a $100 medical consult. After that, the monthly price is $199 for the starting dose, $249 for the mid dose and $325 for the higher dose. It does not say whether the medication is included in those monthly prices.

Hormone care starts with a $175 consult and labs. Ongoing care runs on the $99 a month Hormone Wellness membership, which includes prescriptions, but hormone medications are priced separately and no price is given for them. Peptide therapy begins with a $100 consult, then costs $165 a vial for a single peptide or $185 a vial for a combination, plus $25 shipping on the combination.

For aesthetics, Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are $12 a unit, microneedling is $325, chemical peels start at $150, fillers start at $700, and Radiesse and Sculptra start at $900. The Tox Bank is $179 a month and the Gilded Bank is $299 a month. Both carry a six-month minimum. The published payment option is financing through Cherry. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the GLP-1 monthly price includes the medication, and if not, what the medication costs. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and where it is filled. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost after the first hormone visit, and what the hormone medications cost on their own.

Ask whether any visits can be done by video, since that is not published. Ask whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted, since financing through Cherry is the only payment option published. Ask who will prescribe and manage your plan.

Ask how cancellation works. The banks run six months first, then cancel with 30 days' notice. The membership terms give you 90 days to use any remaining credit after cancelling, so ask whether a leftover balance is refunded.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want injectables and a medical weight loss, hormone or peptide program under one roof, with nurse prescribers, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket on a six-month commitment. If you need telehealth, or a clear answer on whether the medication is included in the monthly price, get those answers before you book.
