What should you ask before you book?

Ask for that provider's name and credentials before you book, and ask who would write any semaglutide prescription.
Ask whether the weight-loss fee includes the medication, and if not, what the medication costs. Ask whether semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost. The clinic recommends keeping a primary care provider and yearly blood work during treatment, so ask whether it requires those labs and who pays for them. Ask how a membership is cancelled, whether it renews automatically, and whether any visit can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not address.
