What is Infinity Life Center?
Infinity Life Center is mainly a plastic surgery and cosmetic practice at 677 Ala Moana Blvd Suite 1024, Honolulu, HI 96813. Its surgical services include facelift, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty and abdominoplasty. It also runs a wellness side and a medical spa. Four of its services fit the kinds of care you may be considering: medical weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and wellness and longevity care such as NAD+ IV therapy and stem cell therapy.
The clinic names four people as prescribers: Dr. Russell Hill, MD, who is listed as medical director; Jayson Watabe, PA-C; Dr. Michael Pasquale, DO; and Shayne Phillips, FNP-C. For its weight loss program it names semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. In its own words: "all supervised by Jayson Watabe, PA-C, our in-house wellness provider." Telehealth visits are available. Consultations are by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, at (808) 945-5433. Google shows a 4.4 rating from 21 reviews.
What does it cost?
The GLP-1 medical weight loss membership starts at $250 a month. It requires a 3-month minimum commitment, includes the starting dose, and the price goes up as the dose goes up. The injection is given once weekly under the skin. The clinic does not say whether ongoing medication is included in the $250 each month.
Members get 25% off IV therapy and 50% off Lipo-C and peptides. The Weight Loss IV is listed at $275, or $206.25 for members. The clinic does not state a consultation fee or cancellation terms, and it does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptides or cosmetic work.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. The payment option it describes is financing through Cherry and CareCredit, which it says often has instant approval and no impact on your credit score.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the four named clinicians will write your prescription, and whether that same person will see you at follow-up. Ask whether the $250 monthly fee covers the medication after the starting dose, and what the medication costs if it does not. Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and which one the clinic would prescribe for you.
Ask what consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how cancellation works after the 3-month minimum. Ask whether it bills insurance or takes HSA or FSA cards. Ask about the ownership change as well. The practice is in a planned ownership transition, with Aloha Plastic Surgery LLC working alongside it as a consultant. Ask who will own the practice and who will prescribe once that transition is complete.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss, hormone or peptide care in an office that also does cosmetic surgery and medical spa work, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket with financing as the payment option it describes. It is a weaker fit if you need an all-in monthly price or insurance billing, since neither is published.
