Ask what lab work, follow-up visits and extra charges cost, and whether the $100 per injection rate applies. Ask how cancellation works and whether you must commit to a set number of months. Ask whether the clinic bills insurance or takes cash only, and whether follow-up can be done by video, since the clinic does not mention telehealth.
Who is it a good fit for?
