Then ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether tirzepatide is compounded or brand-name, since the description of compounded medication applies only to semaglutide. The clinic states that compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved, so ask what that means for the prescription you would receive and how the compounding pharmacy is chosen.
